If you have ever been on a cruise, you know that it’s basically summer camp for grown-ups, or for those who fancy themselves to be grown-ups. This adventure in Norway is no exception, only it’s more like winter camp than summer camp. Everyone chooses shore excursions that interest them. Some days, we went one way and the Evans went another. Too many choices, too little time.
Earlier this week, we went off to take a sleigh ride with huskies while the Evans visited Polar Park, which was basically a huge zoo for Arctic animals. They came back to the ship with great tales and wonderful pictures. I asked if it would be OK if I posted some of their pictures here and they were delighted to share them. These are animals that we are unaccustomed to seeing, so I hope you enjoy the pictures.
Love the fabulous pictures. Do they live outdoors year round or do they have shelter if needed?
